Dear,
The Department of Transportation Aviation Consumer Protection Division has forwarded your recent correspondence regarding your displeasure with your unprocessed ticket request through the Wideroe website on US Airways travelling to/from Tel Aviv. We appreciate the opportunity to reply to your concerns.
Please accept our sincere apologies. We understand you received a “booking reservation confirmation” from Wideroe. As this confirmation from Wideroe states, “Your trip is confirmed when your ticket has been issued”. Our records indicate your credit card was not billed and a ticket was never issued for your travel. Under these circumstances, we are unable to continue to process this reservation confirmation as requested.
US Airways is committed to honor any tickets that were actually purchased. If you can provide evidence that your credit card was charged by US Airways, please submit proof and we will investigate further. We accept faxes at 480-693-2300 or you may scan and attach a copy of the credit card statement in a reply to this email. If you prefer to mail the statement please send copies to:

We realize we are unable to accommodate your request to issue this ticket and for that we apologize. Although an explanation does not change the outcome, we would like to thank you for affording us the opportunity to explain our position.
Sincerely,
