Got the offers, hate to sound ignorant but what does with WiFi mean? Does it just mean WiFi capability? If the $19 one is without WiFi how do you get books? They have with wifi for $44...worth the extra money? Does that mean web browsing? only have used a kindle fire so far...

It means you don't have 3g service, only WiFi access

Its for reading! its great for reading stuff without getting distracted by emails, ddf etc.
