I guess I have to explain my joke. No, there is no such video (at least never released.) When it happened (5-10 years ago?) people posted videos on youtube to "prank" other human beings. They appealed to our morbid curiosity. The video starts with grainy footage that can't be made out as anything. Then it says "lean in close and turn up the sound." After about ten seconds of nothing, it suddenly flashes to some disturbing image along with an abrupt and hair-raising shriek.

Because you were joking about shocking people to punish them for using the internet, I joked back that you must have made one of those videos. The end.
