Online bill pay: What time does the CC company see the payment?

My credit card is maxed at the moment, I sent an online bill payment today at noon, it should arrive the following business day as stated when doing the payment, the question is what time tomorrow is the credit card company going to see the payment I made, so I can continue using my credit card?

As far as I know every card is different as well as the method of payment. For instance, if you pay from a bank account with the same bank it will clear right away.
