At phl I used the economy on site parking. It's run by the airport (I think). It's $11 a day. On a 2-3 day trip it wasn't worth it for me to have to call and use other parking companies. They have a shuttle that runs every 10 mins. It's convenient.
It's $11 including taxes and fees?

I just used Wally Parking at PHL.
Groupon had each day for $8.
Bought 3 for $24. Had a Groupon discount to bring down to $22.
Paid $3.42 at Wally.
$25.42 total for 3 days.

Btw, you have to ask at the booth to receive the water bottles. They aren't sitting out for you.

FREE PARKING RIGHT NEAR PHL! I did it  for 3 days. Check this out... Park at the Eastwick train station. They have plenty of  free parking spots. Than u can either take the train which is like 1 stop directly to the terminals, or take a cab. I personally took the train which costs 8$. Sooo unlimited parking for 8$! Beat that!

You'll need to pay for both ways, so minimum $16.
Then if you prefer taking a cab it might be higher.

I usually park at the Penrose hotel for $7/day, but would look into this.
