As the יארצייט of רבי ישיעלע קעריסטירער זי״ע comes out this שבת and we have the merit to make a שלום זכור בו ביום of the יארצייט and a vach nacht and Bris mamish right after the יארצייט I would like to share with you a story.
I have a friend that in the past few years, wanted to take me to Hungary to רבי ישיעלע קעריסטירער זי״ע for the יארצייט, but I always found an excuse not to go, thinking that if Hashem wants he can help me directly,
My friend also waited two to three years for kids, and a year after he was at the grave of רבי ישיעלע he had a baby girl 1 day after the יארצייט.
Around January- February of 2013 my wife and I went through very tough times. The people and doctors that had helped us till then, started lifting their hands in the air and were about to give up! So I decided that I have nothing to lose but gain if take the journey to Hungary to the grave of the holy רבי ישיעלע קעריסטירער.
That year, I had the merit to be שבת in, Toka, a city close to קעריסטירער. Friday afternoon and מוצא שבת I went up to the cemetery and finished the entire Sefer Tehillim. Coming out of the cemetery, we made a L'Chaim and said "Mazel Tov, Mazel Tov you are already a helped one!" Mr L.Y.B. told me that when I come home I should buy a carriage already! I thought that if I bring home a carriage my wife would throw me out with the carriage and all, so I took an envelope, put in $600 and wrote the following:
ערש״ק אחרי קדושים . ט אייר
מוצא יומא דהללולא של הרב הקדוש רבי ישעי בן ר משה זי״ע
Inside, I put a note that this is for a carriage, Bris, or Kiddish.
A year later, Friday night פרשת קדושים, we had the merit to hold our first child after 7 long awaited years!
הודו לשם כי טוב כי לעולם חסדו
חסדי השם כי לא תמני כי לא חלו רחמיו.
