Not yet. IF it comes I bet it practically the same letter they sent the first time.

Which number did you call, and what did you tell them? Did they refund you because it was within 60 days?

Can you post a copy of the letter that you sent, so that others can adapt from it?

Interesting. Did you actually not get the Hilton cert before? And who pays AF with Citi? Unless you paid it and got a statement credit for it.

On mobile so I don't have it, but I sent it to the same address that is listed in the letter. Regardless points were simple. I have good banking /credit history, and being shut down with no explanation is both wrong and painful.

No need to bother... A response hasb(so far) never come.

a letter will help to get back the annual fee....you could call a bunch of times or send one letter, which worked for me.

Any news on this? Are they still active?

I bought a OV @ Rite Aid, CC was declined (fraud alert / act. locked) called in and they took off the fraud alert, then went to WM bought 2 VGC's first one approved and on the second one I got an email to confirm that it's me, I also made a purchase on GCM.com and a few @ S&S, all within 2 days, total 6k :D

Do you people think I should calm down? Am I @ risk of getting A/A'd?
I need to finish my 10k by the end of the month (to get back the AF)
