Not since receiving the letter. Upthread someone wrote about the closure of one card but not the other.

Doubt it. U can go by a coffee and see if it goes through...
If u open mobile app and it says unable to dispaly means it's closed.
Also on website if you click on account it will say account is closed do you want to unlink it.

OK personal account has been closed. I can't figure out on business account yet...
Edit: Mobile login won't work.
Pity is citi is my oldest credit card. Honestly for a bank that continues to struggle, you wonder wth they are thinking burning bridges with good customers.

Well what did you do.
Could it be just from lack of use on cards?

Not from lack of use.  I did a limited amount of AP over the last month with these cards and a bunch of legitimate purchases.
All my accounts have been closed. Honestly I will move on to banks who value my business.

just noticed this thread was waiting for it....

tried making a large purchase last Sunday April 27,  charge denied,  called in CS they told me need to call special department that's open Monday, called in Monday morning they verified charge and told me blockage is off tried making charge again and declined again,
when i called in they told me all my citi cards are closed, "personal and business"
reason: alot of my cards are maxed or almost maxed out (which was true)

FYI: didn't do refundables or any other shtick simply for using allot of my credit in multiple cards

If its within 37 days. It makes sense they should. If it was closed you should get it. Regardless of who actually shut it.

I didn't have the executive card and hadn't signed up to any Citi cards in a number of years.

Yup, looks like high utilization is the key here.
