Soooo, If my second executive card was only approved for 5k because I have too much credit with Citi, do you think I'm risking A/A by charging 2x my credit limit in the first month (obviously paying off)?

Probably depends on a lot of factors of balances and useage of the other cards.

I'm not currently using the other cards at all (all have zero balance).  is that a good or bad thing?

IMO under current circumstances, I'd say a good thing.

I just hope that its not as bad as a Chase AA that bans you from opening chase cards again.

I tweeted them and got a reply very quickly asking me to PM my phone# and time to call. Of course the rep who called could do nothing. He is supposedly getting in contact with my branch and seeing what could be done. Fat chance...

If its because of "Operation Choke Hold" then Citi might not be the happiest to lose all these costumers. In that case its possible they had to shut all the accounts but wont necessarily "black list" everyone.

Got me a call back in about 5 mins. It also creates social media buzz. This can be powerful if enough people start doing it.

Doubt it. U can go by a coffee and see if it goes through...
If u open mobile app and it says unable to dispaly means it's closed.
Also on website if you click on account it will say account is closed do you want to unlink it.
