Looking for apartment to rent in brooklyn

Hi. Im looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in either the higher numbers of Boro Park or the lower numbers in flatbush (Ave. J and east 2nd area). Not a basement or apartment building. Would like it to have a large dining/living room. Thank you

does price matter? In the parkville area you'll pay upwards of $1800 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom

I dont want to spend more than $2000. But it has to be worth that much.

Near impossible to find a 3 bedroom with a big dining room for $2000.
