Here is my experience, it might help others.
I applied for Propel World.
Two pulls, TU and EX (in NY).
Despite high credit score, and income on the books, Wells Fargo denied it.
They initially requested that I substantiate my income with tax returns, which I did.
Then they denied the appliaction, and the reps said it was due to "high credit to disposable income ratio".
This is even though I carry no balance over from month to month.
[By way of comparison, I applied for other cards with BoFa, Chase and Barclays on the same day, and every single other card was approved with credit lines in the high teens.]
This sounds like a card to avoid.
Unless someone else has had a better experience.
