I reserved a room for four nights. I tried to change ny reservation online because we only need three nights. When I tried to remove the first night of our stay it gave me a much higher rate for the remaining three nights. I thought it was an online error so I called over the phone. I was told that whenever you change your reservation, the entire reservation is rebooked at whatever the current available rate is. So I had 4 nights at$150 a night and now they want to book me at 3 of the same nights at $190 each
I am changing the reservation over a week in advance, outside any penalty timeframe,
Anybody had success with fighting this unfair policy?
