from google- i take no responsibility- just what google showed me.
How can I treat ganglion cysts?
Place a rubber eraser over a smallish cyst, then wrap firmly with a bandage. Leave overnight.
Make a hazel or white oak bark tea compress. Cover the cyst and wrap. This will help to shrink the cyst.
Echinacea can be taken to help eliminate the cysts.
Turmeric can help take the cyst down by eliminating inflammation.
Foods such as pineapples contain bromelain which also can help reduce cyst size.
Ginger can be applied topically or eat to help with inflammation.
Arnica lotion is excellent for reducing ganglion cysts.
Ice to help relieve pain and swelling.
Immobolize the wrist to help shrink the cyst and decrease pain.
DO NOT smash with a heavy object; this can do significant damage to the surrounding area.
DO NOT attempt to aspirate at home as this can lead to infection and damage nerves.
