I applied for the plat biz 100k without realizing that I had the biz gold and wouldn't be eligible. Rep told me he'll send in a complaint for me and that i shouldn't worry because i'll get the points. new rep told me there is nothing that can be done. should i keep trying because a rep told me i'll get the points and hold them to it? or is it a waste of time?
