Reversing Membership Rewards Points

Previously, once you transferred MR points to any of their partners there was no way back.

Lately, I know about a couple of cases where people called in saying that the flight became unavailable etc.. and they opened a case and reversed the miles.

Don't abuse it please.

Im not sure how/why somebody would abuse it. I think it's fine posting it.
