Driving to Denver from New Jersey
« on: May 13, 2014, 06:04:52 PM »
We need to drive to Denver. We plan to stop in Cleveland, spend shabbos in Indianapolis, St. Louis & Kansas City before making it to Denver. Any advice on kosher restaurants & places to stay would be appreciated.

We did it last summer.  Brought our own food, though.

CLE has 2 pizza shops, 2 Israeli/Chinese/Japanese places, a Subway (The original and last standing?), a Bagel Shop, and a kosher stand during Indians games.
STL has a deli.
IND and MCI have no real restaurants. There is a grocery store in MCI where you can get delicious fried chicken and sushi to go.

My sister and bro-in-law did it a few years ago. Might want to get to Yellowstone if you can as well.

You from Denver?

I stand corrected. Was recently talking to Baltimore folks about it, and they didn't mention that it had closed down :) any other places left open?

No I'm not referring to Baltimore, I know lots of places that are for sure open there. Are there other subways open that anyone knows of? Personally I liked schnitzlys in LAX better than the subway there.

Someone should compile some data...which posts are the most likely to go OT.
