Never been to a store, but I'm assuming this is not a packaged product they're giving out. Meh minus on eating from there.

I think the stores all have a letter posted or available to look at, which lists the flavors that are under supervision. So it does not appear that all of the products in the stores are kosher. As for issues with the serving utensils that they use, you should ask your respective rabbinic authority....
