It does seem that a few reported successful trips though.

I recently bought round trip tickets to London for $500 cheaper than anyone else. When I got the very weird instructions after I clicked on purchase tickets I almost had a fit. I started reading reviews and got even more upset. An hour later, after following their instructions to a T, I was picking out my seats on US AIrway flights. When I spoke with the representatives they were very pleasant and easy to understand. I am thrilled I saved the money and would do it again. However, it sure did give me an hour of anxiety.

read the company's responses to the bad reviews. That should tell you every thing you need to know. ..

Just put down the phone with them. They said that price changed and cancelled all tickets. At least they didn't charge the card! They were pretty decent though!

Sorry,you misunderstood, I just booked a different ticket for tomorrow for 100 cheaper than everywhere else. Got e'tickets already
