Wow. Sorry to hear. We live in a sick world. This is why I never swipe my card or give it to the gas attendant; I always enter it into the system manually. Anyway, if u ever need to fill up in monsey, send me a pm, and I will hook you up.

Call cs and tell them that either the points were stolen, or an error occurred. There were reports of points being credited back.
If this happened in Mahwah, it's not the first time it happened.

I go to the one on Mahwah (Franklin Turnpike), and always put in the number manually. I have never had a problem.

There is no resemblance of numbers to it on the receipt.  If he didn't memorize the number, is there a record of it on his end in his little kiosk?
Anyone know?  Otherwise I'll check it out. 
I doubt corporate is reducing points.....perhaps there is a way to take it off the pump? 
ETA Don't like that idea.  It's gotta be in the kiosk.
