ELAL Matmid - how to accumulate points?

I know the info is prob avail on the website but as of now its down due to maintenance (and so is chase UR website...)

if I want to transfer from chase UR to Matmid, what ratio would I get?

You can. I think 1000 MR =20 matmid, but I may be wrong

It is just did this last week (It also says this on the amex website).
This can be very good if you already have points and need to add a little for an upgrade...

I looked it up on elals webite, they say that its 50 amex usa for 1 matmid but only 6 amex (platinum) Israel per matmid, and way to change amex usa to amex Israel?

No, they are very different cards. You would need to apply for the US one to get it.

Believe me, you wouldn't want to do that.  I think it's 360 shekels (a little over $100) to earn those 6 points.
