Porting Number From Dynalink

I am currently a customer of Dynalink Hosted PBX, I am not satisfied with their service I am trying to transfer my account to a different provider but we are having a problem with porting the number from Dynalink. As the owner of my company I requested in writing for them to release to me a CSR because they keep on denying my request due to a name mismatch.

According to the new provider there numbers is with Peerless under different name so we are trying to find out the name and there is no way we could get this from Dynalink.

I would appreciate any help or guidance how I can successfully get my number out from Dynalink.
