I filled it out and did not get a card.  They did respond to my email, twice actually.  One of the things I got from the response was that the GC was only for ebay customers, which I took to mean that they email address used for the quote had to be the same as the one registered to your ebay account.

You may be on to something. I got the GC and used an e-mail that matched my ebay account.

so they do not answeremails after the automatic email response. I guess I will file a BBB claim for false advertising

Thing is how did they advertise it? What are you going to write in your complaint I saw it on dansdeals and there was no mention of having to go thru ebay.com ?
