You can't charter one way
(Sruli is looking into this too, right?) In the meantime, ElJet replied via email that that they don't charter groups.
However, I am awaiting a response from this company which has both round-trip and/or one-way optionshttp://www.jetcharter.com/

Again you can charter one way as long as you pay for the round trip.
What makes you think this company has a 747. They are offering charters on Gulfstream IV's and the like

It's a shame. If only United had a few Yeshiva guys on their board they might not have lost over a half a billion dollars this past quarter

they gave "one-way" as a chartering option: http://www.jetcharter.com/quotes/process.html I'm sure that they can find a few people to return... That will be factored into the total cost. Maybe under $400,000?
Also, here is where many of the sites had the "Large Jet" option. BTW -- Sruli was already looking into the charter -- he was just asking the date. IMO, one of the smartest dates are Aug. 26, 27, Pic:

Come to think about a portkey would be more appropriate

Definitely not. Both portkeys and apparation are extremely unreliable over long distances (imagine a splinched 747!). Even Voldemort himself had to fly from Nurmengrad back to Britain before he could even consider apparating to Malfoy Manor.

I guess a charm to refill the fuel tank would be the safest bet
