Onepass Rewards Question

Have some one pass questions.....  If I need to cancel a one pass reservation (and I'm not elite  ) would I have to pay a $75 cancellation fee + the taxes that I paid for the ticket? Or would I get the taxes that I paid back?    Also I recall reading somewhere that you can hold a reservation for 3 days .  How does that work?  Any info appreciated...

You would receive the taxes back as well

You can hold the reservation as long as you don't have enough miles in your account. If you have enough miles in your account, use another account to hold it

If only coach is available can I book business with my points and be on a waiting list? I read somewhere that you can do that? How do I do that?
Do I do it online or do I have to call ? And if i Have to call do I get hit the $25 booking fee?
