I did an Internal transfer on Wednesday, they told me about this new process and it can take up to 5 days, and she had to take all information from me of both accounts, and the next morning, the debiting account holder got an email about the transfer being made, and if he did not request it, he should immediately report it to internaltransfers.at.starwoodhotels.com and that evening recieved another email confirming the transfer to have been made and Again to immediately dispute if not made by owner. So all in, was less than 24 hours. Looks like just a new fraud precaution.
