I saw.

I can't find the specs on the Moto E.

Any other suggestions?
Moto E does have. Scroll to the bottom of the page for network specs.

Also, like sky121 suggested, BLU has some nice international phones. I have a Dash 4.5 which is not bad and has dual SIM slots.

There are also non name-brand smart phones that will be cheaper.

It seems that the info I have on Golan is outdated. They now use 850 and 2100 for 3G and 1800 for 2G.
I apologize for the misinformation.

I also have a LG L70 which I (think I) unlocked. It's $50 at Metro PCS.

I'm due for an upgrade with Verizon and want to get a smartphone. My choices are the iPhone 5 or Galaxy 5 for $100 or a Galaxy 4 for $50. Is there a big difference between the Galaxy 4 and 5 and how do they compare to the iPhone.

What about the Droid Turbo? Is that an option? $1 at BestBuy.

I don't see any huge differences between the s4 and the s5. The s5 is weightier and the screen is a tad bigger. Everything is slightly improved.

For $50 it is usually worth it to get the newer device. While the difference may not be huge now, as the phones get older and software changes, the newer devices usually hold and keep up much better than their predecessors.

As for Galaxy vs iPhone - it is a matter of personal preference. Go into a store and try them both out.

And another vote for the Droid Turbo - I've never used it, but I know and love its older (and smaller) brother, the Moto X.

I've never heard people talking about the droid turbo. I didn't think it's on par with the Galaxy and iPhone.

Lol, on par in terms of specs and quality ? It sure is. I'd pick one up faster than either of those.

Or an HTC One M8.

It's $1 with a 2 year contract. I already have a plan with Verizon.

Before you make any decisions based on these prices you should just know that you'll find different prices if you look around. You don't  have to buy from Verizons website, check the pricing at Best buy, staples, amazon etc. Almost a year ago I got my s4 at best buy for free, they had it for free on and off every few weeks, can't imagine that now you'd have to pay $50 for it

Why do you like the Droid Turbo and HTC more than the Galaxy/iPhone?
