Well, one simple answer is that if you use symbols instead of letters than it's not counted as profanity even if it's clear what you're saying, as well as if it's in a meme or tweet that you are quoting.

You are most likely hearing these things from people looking to further their agenda. This is SO MUCH more complex than that.

As an aside, the way you have, of late, been bringing a pasuk or maamar chazal as rhetorical device reeks of דאישתמש בתגא even if it doesn't meet the literal definition and is definitely not an honor to the Torah.

If there's such a tweet that you want to post, you can screencap it into MSPaint (etc) and do some censoring.
