So Pesach in Crown Heights, if advertised as being close to 770, or in Cambria Heights, if advertised as near the Ohel, would also offend you? The guy invested a lot of money and the only reason to be in that G-d forsaken place in the first place is to be near the Alter Rebbe (A"R is a type of assault weapon AFAIK). So a Pesach program there shouldnt necessitate the mention of the Alter Rebbe. It's zelb farshtendlich.
It wouldn't be my style, but if it the program would consist of השתטחות, I don't think I would feel repulsed. IIRC the ESHEL hotel/hachnosas orchim in Crown Heights advertised in the past Pesach in Crown Heights, but all they offered was lodging and food (presumably at high kashrus standard).
