How does the refer-a-friend work ? It says it's supposed to be available for the first purchase. I referred someone. It didn't show up in his account.

I ordered one. Got a tracking #. Says delivered, but I never got it. Yugster keeps saying that if it says shipped they won't resend or refund.  :(
