+1 I dont fault ppl for taking advantage of these mistakes (I take advantage as well). But once they say they arent honoring what was clearly a mistake, get over it!

I have a legitimate charge for my nights at the Westin Diplomat. no email received.
I was really hoping being that it was so far in advance they'd honor it. I'd estimate about half wouldn't of kept their reservation. Noone can plan that far in advance. Oh well, I guess it still wasn't worth it for them.
you think people would let them know they weren't coming? they wouldn't be able to sell the rooms and would be stuck with an empty hotel with people paying $20
