Soda Stream CO2 Bottles without exchange

Boscov's in Whitemarsh Mall, Baltimore, has put a load of Soda Stream exchange cylinders out in the general merchandise area at $17.99. You can just walk in and buy one or more without exchange, until someone at the store wakes up.
