Daughter won from Ross-Simons sweepstakes - 2 carat t.w. diamond stud earrings. Appraised at $4,750 by gemologist. Asking $3K or best offer. Appraisal paper available.

are appraisals usually so exact, ive had appraisals done before and dont remember it being to the penny.
