My camera is pretty slow. Is that normal? Could it be due to the fact that my memory card is practically full?

Having no memory can make the whole phone run slow.

im looking to get the lg g3 or the htc one m8. on the g3, the power button and volume buttons are on the back. is that helpful or annoying?

You get used to it. There is also the double knock to wake feature. The G3 has a removable battery which is a plus but the m8 has much better battery life IMO. I also prefer the more narrow feel of the m8 in hand.

Screen resolution isn't as good. Camera isn't as good. And it won't be as smooth as an experience. It's a nice device for the price though.

That's what I'm thinking, it's half the price on Sprint ($10/mo vs. $20/mo).
