Garmin updates
« on: November 19, 2010, 12:32:20 AM »
I registered my garmin gps 58 days ago, and am entitled to one free map update within 60 days. When i logged in, it told me that i have a free map update available. I was in the middle of updating it to both my computer and device, (at 2%), when I decided that I would rather do it while im asleep,so I hit cancel.

Also, it said I had a software update available, and I had already updated 50% when my laptop battery died before I could plug it in, and when I got it pluged back in, it seemed to think that the update is complete.

My problem I present to you guys is, that now when I log into my account, and go to myDashboard, it's showing me that both my maps, and software ,are up to date. I know that it can't be true, since I stopped my map update at only 2%, and my software was probably at 50%, when I lost power. How do I get it back to stating that the map update is not complete, so I should be able to start the download again? Thanks techies. At least you're not based in India ;D ;D
