CHUH Library also has free digital NYT. (Though it looks like its only 3 day access, but churnable)

Google consumer reports login, there are random libraries that have logins available to the public

I logged in through library but you can only view specific issues and they don't show the entire article.

Also if anyone has a membership that are not using anymore, willing to pay a little bit to take over a yearly digital membership.

you can google library and consumer reports and usually you will find a library that gives you digital access
