I once was going 8 mph above the limit. Saw a cop trailing but ognored him. He pulled me over and gave me a warning. Was on a highway in ...you guessed,  ohio

Meh, i had the same thing.
He was just curious, it's an excuse to pull you over and see if there's anything else he can give you a ticket for, or he's bored.
