Iberia vs. AA (vs. BA) business class

I'm flying MIA-TLV with my wife in business class on July 2nd and have 3 options:

MIA   6:20pm      TLV  7:45pm +1 day      1 Stop      18h 25m 
Iberia 4460 operated by American Airlines
Iberia 7864 operated by El Al 

MIA   5:05pm      TLV  4:05pm +1 day      1 Stop      16h 0m 
Iberia 6124
Iberia 3314 

MIA   5:25pm      TLV  3:35pm +1 day      1 Stop      15h 10m 
British Airways 206
British Airways 165 


Option 1 & 2 cost the same and option 3 is $170 more per person.

Option 2 has a shorter stopover than option 1 but I've heard that Iberia doesn't have the best service. Do you think I'm better off spending another 2.5 hours at the airport to fly AA + ELAL?

I'm not too keen on option 3 due to the higher price, is it a big difference in service?

I have no idea if AA is good, I just heard Iberia isn't.

Also, as for BA - I know they are known for a great product but I thought maybe the food with ELAL would be better (although my main consideration with BA is the extra price).

The new AA beats them all but I don't think they have the new AA from Mia to LON.
So definitely ba!
And from Europe to tlv there is no real business class on most IB flights so there again BA wins

Yup, AA offers on 777-300 from MIA-LHR a day. I personally would go with this one.

Yes, unfortunately the only significant amount of miles\points I have at the moment is with ELAL and there's no availability for my dates.

But my total trip TLV-NYC, MIA-TLV (excluding domestic flight from NYC to MIA) comes out to under $3,000. TLV-NYC will be with ELAL+Iberia.
