a freind of mine recently rented with chabad corporate in enterprise and they didnot charge an underage fee

It seems that with chabad and bmg corporate, a small amount of airport and neighborhood locations charge the underage fee. As a reminder, if u sign up with usaa(free), hertz waives any young renter fee.

how does that make sense, does the rep's computer say waive the fee or not?

whats the difference if you book onilne or on the phone ? just ask them on the phone if they charge underage or not.

i tried to rent with chabad corporate with hertz and they wanted to charge $15/day for underage. as was stated earlier in the thread usaa works perfectly!
