Is TD joining the competition for our business?

25,000 points(not great but they seem to be making their credit cards more and more competitive)
3X on travel and dining
no foreign transactions

Can only be redeemed for random merchandise or CB. Not into CB myself, so I don't know if it's a good value. Unfortunately, they don't have any airline partners and you can't even book travel through them. Not too valuable IMO.

Its similar to Barclay's arrival card with cash back option which some people see to like more and more because of deevalution of miles.  This is not great but another option and another bank

I've applied for a TD credit card about 18 months ago and they declined me. The reason was
No relationship to bank (Checking Savings etc.) So it seems like they don't approve easy
I try my best :-\

huh? Barclays card at lease earns 2.2% CB. This is just another Capital One card...
