I thought in order to "give away" an earned day, it had to be transferred to another account via the Emerald number; is that not the case? 3 free days from enterprise 120 each can book up to a full size car , I am not sure if 120 which is the same price people charge for national free days , is the fair price for enterprise, because national free days might let you book up to more then a full size see terms and conditions for enterprise free days below

Free day is prorated against base rate for entire period, which does not include taxes (including GST), other governmentally-authorized or imposed surcharges, license recoupment/air tax recovery and concession recoupment fees, airport and airport facility fees, fuel, additional driver fee, one-way rental charge or optional items. Renter must meet standard age, driver and credit requirements. Availability is limited. Subject to change without notice. Blackout dates may apply.

To use free days you need to be an emerald member.

If your not an EE member:
If your getting a free day from someone with an EE account then you you can order up to full size (otherwise I believe it's midsize?)

If your an EE member any free day can be used to pick up from the aisle

I believe if the coupon comes from a EE account then it can be used for any car, executive - up to full size

So if I'm EE, and the cert gets transferred to me, I can technically take any car in the lot, and then apply the cert after the booking. Correct?

Just noticed you wrote any car in the AISLE. why can't I just take the most expensive car, and then just apply the cert after the return?

I don't believe it works for any car, just any car up to midsize/fullsize and if EE then anything in the aisle.
Try booking with the code and you'll see your options.

National free days:

If you are an executive/emerald member and buy a free day from anyone, you can only reserve up to full size (If you booked the aisle, you can chose any car in the executive/emerald are)

If you are Executive Elite and you buy free days from another Executive Elite member then you can book any size car. Please note you are not booking the aisle and choosing any car, in your booking you are choosing.

If the cert was from an EE account (or you earned it on your EE account) then it should work to apply after the fact. I personally have never tried it, but the logic seems right.
