I called. They seemed to think I ordered it from a blog. Honestly, awful customer service response. They have no clue what they are talking about.

Got my order yesterday.  Besides the 9 pks of Tshirts, I bought socks, A shirts and boxers.  The stuff was reasonably priced, and now we're set for camp.
