What is the procedure to do it asides from needing 3 people.
Is it the same text as what is normally said before Rosh HaShanna? I would be specifying what to be matir neder for and the reasons why.

sometimes a single rov is enough, sometimes you have to be mefaresh the neder etc ask a lor..

1st of all you need a competent rabbi to say that you can annual the neder.
2nd 1 of the three people have to know what the neder was.
3rd all of the 3 say is מותר לך three times
