Anyone have any good tricks to get the contact info for the manager of a Sheraton property to try and arrange a nicer room ahead of time for a special occasion?

you can ask the hotel directly that has worked in the past, or a little research on google has helped as well

+1 - Just ask nicely to the front desk agent.

And it works wonders...I've gotten serious royal treatment (and I mean SERIOUS) just by emailing the manager.

Email's to the GM have not failed me yet. On my actual honeymoon, I got amazing upgrades at all the hotels/resorts including a high-roller suite (I don't gamble) in the Venetian Macau and a suite in the Krungthepf Wing at the Shangri-La in Bangkok. If you are a good writer, you can really work magic.

"heard your hotel is amazing" "my wife and I would be thrilled to be upgraded" "suite is a little out of our budget" "special time for us" "whatever you could do would be amazing" etc.

Anyone know the email address domain for sheraton managers? I have the name, just not the domain. Is it @sheraton.com? What is the schema fname.lastname ?

The one i emailed a few months ago was First.Last@sheraton.com

Yes, I can call. I was asking if someone knew the email address already and/or if they thought emailing a manager of such a hotel/casino would even do anything as its not a standard hotel...

Even if you do get manager email (which you can probably get by emailing corporate HQ (Las Vegas Sands)) he probably wont respond to you directly. Remember this isn't a 400 room property.

Exactly! Which is why i was asking the question specifically about this hotel/casino and not trying to send the thread in a loop.

Not sure for your specific hotel but what I do is email address they have for the reservations and in the subject line I put Attn Manager. Has worked for me the limited times I tried.
