The reason Israel needs to respond to why there are child dying is because they are holding themselves to that standard. If Israel adopted a "shot at whoever shots at you" protocol then there would be no discussion whatsoever. This whole idea of not shooting a militant in a school is unheard of.

They're still recycling the same stupid questions. When the US went into Afghanistan after 9/11, once they had killed 3000 terrorists, I don't recall the media asking if it's too "disproportionate" or "excessive". Everybody was demanding we catch bin laden, whatever the cost.
