Why are u so sure that terrorists are blocking the roads ? I'm sure if that were the case the IDF would take those terrorists out. Kind of clear the path.

They aren't actually blocking the roads but they are threatening that anyone who leaves they'll come after then after the war.

Israel agrees to a 6 hour humanitarian ceasefire Thursday morning. But hamas hasn't agreed yet.

I don't think anyone would disagree if CH"V they had the ability to strike the electric/water/gas plants, military bases, airport(s), train stations, bus stations, and etc they wouldn't do it. If there mission was simply to kill Jews there are unfortunately far easier ways, just look how many homicides happen in the US every day.

They don't want to kill Jews, they want the land.
