Hey guys, so Im stuck with a gift card from Jos. Bank in the amount of $271.56 for returned stuff with no receipt. Im trying to turn this card back into cash which I need really bad but the store refuses. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get the moolah for the card?

Doubtful, lower value ones on ebay have sold at like 20% or more less than retail value.
 
I offered him 80%, no eBay fees. My offer stands until I go to sleep tonight.
