Credit card medical coverage

(Forgive me if this is covered in a different thread, but I can't seem to find anything with the search option)

1. Which credit card offer medical coverage while traveling besides for death & dismemberment.

2. If the cardholder isn't traveling but his card was used, will those other people be covered

so based on this article it would seem that no card actually cover medical expenses

That's exactly how I understood it, but the article is a year old, and maybe someone here will know something that he missed.
