Is possible to rent a car in poland and return in ukraine for a decent price ? Katak and priceline asks $5000 for a week , something is probably wrong , any help would be appreciated

Do.they even had that option? Last time I checked there were no car rental companies allowing to drop off or drive into Ukraine

I'm searching for a OW from southeast to California. I tried a number of possible cities to San Diego. Myrtle Beach, Savannah, and Charleston price out the cheapest. My question is if that I find the cheapest departing city, will it likely be the cheapest for wherever my destination is? or will it likely vary significantly based on the destination?
