The cheapest I see there is Cigar Aficionado for 400 miles- so even if you're not interested in anything else, 400 miles will extend the rest....

I have 4 AA accounts for my children all have less than 5,000 miles that are expiring soon this August

I have no past car rentals

any other ideas that does not include paying out of pocket?

Can I book paid/award flight and then cancel within 24 hrs?
