Anyone have an issue getting/finding the confirmation number from Lifelock? I thought i saw one on the site when logged in, but CSR said there was nothing.

In the lifelock website Manage Account/Account History you can see an Invoice number (19 characters long)

I just emailed them and waiting for a response.

Yes i canceled 2 weeks after i signed up.

IF you cancelled how do you have your receipt or order number? you cant sign in to your account!

The purchase/sign up. That should be sufficient (hopefully) for KF to see when you singed up etc.

I received an email as well. Going to wait for the Lifelock email and then respond with it.

The person that is on the phone with you can actually do it, this is what happened in my case and it was the cancellation department after I cancelled my subscription

I liked this idea and responded to the email with a screenshot of the charge. Hopefully it will work so i do not need to rely on Lifelock. My screenshot actually has two charges as i did it for my wife as well. I mentioned that in the email so hopefully i can get points for both in one shot.

Left it blank and explained that i didn't have one. They responded with an email asking for proof of purchase.
